life in 39 SCE sux

its been 3 wks since i have been to 39 sce liao...wah..buay tahan...can't wait to return to 36 sce...

anywayZ..39 is another secret unit that works closely with 36..juz tat 36 specialises in bomb disposal while 39 specialises in CBRD..chem bio n radiological defence...damn siong...plenty of diff suits to wear...damn hot and stuffy kind...

and tat unit phyhsical trainin siao one...every morning 5 bx haven even start den half left down liao--push ups..den start 5 bx plus 2 km run every morning/./. denhave breakfst..after breakfast progrssive endurance training ..run 6 km den come followed by 4 x 400m sprint plus push ups again...den before every meal mus do 2 sets of 8 chin ups...life there like hell man..worse den command school

ENDURE!! i more week to go..before i'm outta tat fucked up camp...
